The Home Staging Report

If you would prefer to do all of the staging work yourself, Diamond In The Rough Home Staging can assist you!  We will examine the home inside and out.  We will make room by room recommendations addressing curb appeal, furniture arrangement, deferred maintenance, color choices, and provide decorating tips to enhance the marketability of your home. 

We will provide you with a comprehensive written report outlining the steps you need to take to do the actual Staging.  We will also provide you with valuable tools including a checklist for preparing the home for sale and a checklist for showing the home.  Once you complete the work we will come back to help fine-tune.  Using a proven professional set of guidelines, your house is reviewed for compliance, and any modifications are made if necessary.  At which time we will Certify your home Staged.
                                                                                                      
Staging to Live

You don't have to sell your home to benefit from our Staging Services!  We offer Staging To Live to those who want to refresh and improve the look and feel of their home now!  Using your existing furniture, accessories and artwork, a new space can be created!   

We can also assist you in buying new items for your home!  Using our design resources and discounts, we can advise you on new paint colors and materials that are tasteful, classy, and stylish.  Wow your guests and create an environment your whole family will enjoy! We can do as little or as much as you want!
